From ordering to completion, the process was efficient and all staff I interacted with were extremely courteous, knowledge, guided and advised me every step of the way. The installation engineers were exceptional. The work was completed within two hours without any mess or damage. They were extremely helpful to me, talking me through how the new motor functions and explaining in detail what I should do to ensure the three remote controls continue to function. I am extremely impressed with BGID and I would most certainly recommend the company for an electric door repair or new installation.

the lads from Birmingham Garage doors came quickly and on time to look at the problem with the door not opening, they quickly assessed that it needed some parts and after a quick check found them not in stock, but still available to order. The parts came reasonably quickly and they came and repaired the door and it works well now. The cost of the repair including the required parts was very reasonable and i am very happy with the service they provided
