I called them on short notice and yet they managed to come on time and did a thorough clean of the house. One of my carpets was stained and they recommended that I book for a carpet to be shampooed. They came back following day and they shampooed it. I’m very happy with the outcome. I will be calling them once a week for that thorough clean.
