John was quick to get in touch and arrange to visit. He let us know when he was on his way (within the initial time slot he gave us) and he did the job well when he got here. Would recommend him.

John kept us informed as to exactly when he would call to inspect our dishwasher, giving a reasonable fixed price for callout and an explanation as to the cost of replacement parts ,if required, which fortunately, they were not. He arrived promptly and carried out the repair in a neat and tidy manner .We would not hesitate to recommend
