Arrived on time clean job no problems

Excellent service and repair, prompt initial vist (same day), diagnosed the problem and parts required. Up front price of part, estimated repair date, kept informed thoughout until repair was completed. Would use again and recommend this company.

Service was efficient, professional and John went out of his way to help us when having trouble with getting the part we needed for our oven to be fixed. John was quick to get in touch and arrange to visit. He let us know when he was on his way (within the initial time slot he gave us) and he did the job well when he got here. Would recommend him.
