We rang Pest Ex and some one came around quickly. Neil was very thorough and found the problem and dealt with it efficiently. Everyone that I spoke to at the company was lovely, would recommend.

Highly recommended, professional throughout. I had rats in my attic and the whole loft area was really bad. The team made 3 visits and we found that within 2 calls the rats had been exterminated. We then opted for a full attic clean out and had our loft insulation replaced along with areas where the rats were getting access to the attic barricaded off. All done at a cost that we found reasonable given the sheer amount of mess that the rats had left. Thank you for your professionalism, your team were first class and they respected my property at all times leaving everything neat & tidy.

An engineer called to the property, assessed the issue, explained everything treated the problem and gave advice on next steps. Excellent all round service from the point of picking up the job yesterday, making contact and then coming out to address my concerns. Thank you.

This firm is amazing. They were very polite and extremely patient with my elderly mum who is quite deaf and they explained everything perfectly. She commented that the guy who came was lovely and jolly
