  My boiler stopped working.

  I have used Bird Plumbing now on a few occasions and I feel I don’t have to go any where else. They have been fast, reliable and really do the joined up thinking that you really don’t get with many tradesmen these days. They do work with a sense of pride and I genuinely feel like they want to help you and are not just doing a job. I highly recommend them.

  Boiler replacement

  I used Josh before when I had a pipe leaking through the ceiling and he managed to trace the leak where two others had failed so he was an obvious choice to replace my boiler. He was polite and kept me updated throughout the process and was very thorough in his work.

  Replied to messages quickly, quoted fairly, attended as promised and was very honest in saying one part he had anticipated I would need wouldn't be needed so deducted parts for this. I would recommend and use again.

  Gas central heating / connect system with underfloor heating and mega flow

  Josh is amazing, he has been back a few times, neither time has been anything to do with his work, but he still fixed the issue for us. He came 1st thing the following day as we called in the evening, but talked us through what to do to make sure it was all safe etc… Josh tells you when he can make it, txts on the day to pin point within the hr his time of arrival and sticks to it. He is friendly, polite and thoughtful - even checked to make sure all is ok. I Can highly recommend Josh Bird of Birds Plumbing and heating services.

  We contracted Josh to renew our boiler and central heating system and certain radiators.Also to refit our ground floor bathroom. We cannot recommend this guy enough. Fantastic job Attention to detail and keeping us up do date on the project was brilliant

  boiler fix

  I contacted Josh for an emergency boiler repair after our heating stopped working overnight. He was able to squeeze us in and come out on the day which was great as we were worried about having no heating with small children. Communication was great and work was done to a high standard. We will be using him for all our future heating and plumping needs
