Birchwood Home Improvements was very great to work with. They came out quickly and did a very thorough and thoughtful job. Very much appreciated and highly recommended.

I chose Birchwood because he came out on an emergency call out for my neighbour last summer. I myself contacted Birchwood on Monday morning as I could see mold forming on my bedroom ceiling. He arrived within a couple of hours, gave me a quote having diagnosed the job, and came back the following morning to complete the work. He also advised me on the best way to clear up the mold stains. Furthermore, he has given me a further quote to remove the moss and seal the roof tiles, however that'll have to wait a couple of months. Very pleased.

Thomas came at very short notice when a section of plaster soffit fell away on our 100-year old house. He assessed the damage, gave me a price and then called out one of his specialists to do the work which was done quickly and efficiently. He cleared our gutters for the agreed price and even fixed a damaged windowsill at no extra cost.

Very well priced, done the job quickly and very well. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get guttering sorted.

Thomas replied very quickly and came round straight away to look at the job. He quoted me there and then and got on with fixing my gutter leak. Thomas was a nice bloke and very professional. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
