  We have been customers of Birchwood Heating for over twenty years and, in that time, Ivan and his team have never disappointed and always given their considerable skill, expert advice, prompt assistance and excellent customer service. They installed and maintained our Baxi boiler which we have been very happy with. We have recommended Birchwood Heating to our family and friends.   Ivan and his son Billy recently installed a Baxi 836 boiler for us, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. From the initial consultation through to completion, both were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ivan brings over 30 years of experience and Billy over 15 years, and their expertise was evident throughout the installation. They worked exceptionally well together and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and they left the area around the boiler clean and tidy.

  I've known and used Ivan at Birchwood heating for probably over 15 years. He is always polite, punctual and reliable. He has serviced mine and my mum's boiler and replaced both over this period of time. He has also provided useful advice during a particular cold winter period to help unblock a frozen pipe. Would not use anyone else and would highly recommend

  Efficient, clean and really fair price for work

  Ivan and Billy provided an excellent service start to finish. Having visited a couple of times (free of charge) to do minor fixes, a full replacement boiler was done in a day with absolutely no hassle. Prices were really good too. The team were friendly, efficient and really clean - spending time to show us how everything worked too. Would 100% recommend and would use again for other work. Thanks!!
