I was so impressed with the work that Birchmore building services carried out on our house. Iain is an amazing builder he’s really experienced, annd knows exactly what he’s doing. The communication was excellent from start to finish and all of the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. He was extremely organised, with all relevant tradesmen booked in advance. Everything was left immaculate every day and all the work was on schedule. I highly recommend their work.

Very competitive rates ! Iain arrived every day on the agreed time , very efficient in his work , pointing out rotten wood and replacing, very good worker , worked solid for 3 days , lovely job completed on time and cleared up leaving our Bungalow clean and tidy everywhere he worked . Have recommended him to others , as he was to us .

Very pleased with the work carried out and finished product. Arrived on time, worked hard, left area tidy and cleaned up well after the works. All deliveries were made at the time given and neatly piled. Very courteous workmen.

The work was to remove a section of the back of the house, build an extension and install a new kitchen. The work took 3.5 months to complete and kept to plan. Iain was an excellent builder and project leader. He provided full project plans, coordinating all trades, architect, engineer and building regs as well as working closely with me to clarify details or changes. All cost changes were agreed in advance so I had a clear understanding of the impact. The quality of the work is very high.

Iain was the most professional builder he kept us updated and informed of what to expect and when.He always turned up promptly was impeccably tidy and organised the whole project went like clockwork seamlessly every person he used for the project were polite and efficient several of our neighbours commented on how tidy they were how quiet they were and how speedy the build was completed we have already decided to have our kitchen done by Iain in the spring would highly recommend
