Job done very efficiently

A very personable guy who made sure we were safe and secure while waiting for a part. One happy customer!

Locksmith came to replace a front door lock that was sticking and a conservatory door lock that had seized (total £540). Unfortunately, he misdiagnosed the problem with the conservatory door. He replaced the rail mechanism. The part cost £260, which seemed a lot. The lock, however, seized again. He then removed both deadbolts, but this compromised the draught excluder and the alarm. On the final visit he realised that the bottom deadbolt was the problem. The door now works but without the lower deadbolt. Replacing this in the first place would have been simpler and cheaper.

Steve did an absolutely brilliant job of first coming to free up badly working locks, advising on new locks, ordering them and then fitting them. This was all achieved in less than a week which was a fantastic service. Steve did everything he said he would, on time with no fuss. Fully recommended in my experience. Great job - thank you.
