James and his team removed some old decking in my garden and replaced it with patio. James was really helpful during the quoting stage, giving useful advice. The team were friendly and efficient, and I am really pleased with the result - a big improvement to my garden.

James and his team installed 30 bays of fencing and a composite decking area. Great guys great team. Had a vey minor issue, upon speaking to James was sorted within two working days. Could not fault this company. Thanks again guys.

Would not recommend had a drive done and been using for approx 4 months cracks everywhere weeds coming up absolutely shocking! James didn't even attend to look just gave excuse after excuse. Claims work is guaranteed it is clearly not be careful. Addition: After my review, James offered a small sum of compensation if I removed it. I agreed in good faith, but the payment was never made and he then ignored me. Despite earlier assurances, no meaningful resolution has been provided. Based on my experience, I do not consider this company trustworthy.

Birch Green did a fantastic job. They were reliable, hard working, tidy and a pleasure to have working at my house. Really happy with the new driveway.

I chose Birch Green because James was fully understanding of my mother’s needs due to her disability. He made sure the concrete ramp replacing a high step to her property was a priority. He gave good advice, competitively priced and the work was completed quickly. We were kept updated throughout. We are very happy with the end resort and I would highly recommend this company, so much so, that my sister will be using them to lay artificial grass.
