I would highly recommend Billy to anyone requiring a decorator. He did a wonderful job decorating our kitchen/diner/utility. What especially impressed us was the little extras, like sanding the walls to remove old (somewhat slapdash) painting streaks, which has resulted in a beautiful finish. In addition Billy was very clean, tidy and considerate. I’ll certainly be in touch for future projects.
