The front door was not the design we asked for and the garage door malfunctions with poor installation. I waited to leave the review in order to give the trader time to resolve the issues mentioned. I contacted Chris last week about yet another issue with the garage door and no response. Overpromised and underdelivered. Compromised the safety of my house and the issue was not addressed properly breaching the warranty that was given to us. The installation of the garage door was a complete disaster as it came missing a 'piece'. The quality is not there, the door opened by itself in the night!

I contacted this company on behalf of my sister who is disabled. They responded to a request to repair her conservatory door. This was a very small job, but Big Star were exceptionally helpful in arranging a visit during which they repaired the door and did not make a charge. In these times, this is very unusual. I live 200 miles from Cromer but my sister was delighted with their attention and service. Warmly recommended.

Dear Rahat I am very disappointed to receive such an unprofessional, sarcastic, snarky email from you. You promised me to send me the receipt, warranty and other documents regarding the works done on my property the day the works are completed. It has now been weeks and I have received nothing from you. Moreover, you tell me you spent ‘2 hours’ waiting for a discussion about other works - may I remind you that you were there to complete a window fitting, not to wait for any conversations taking place. Your attitude is wrong and very disappointing.

Work was carried out after visit to site and estimate was acceptable. Regular contact throughout the only strange thing I must comment on was they couldn't except a Visa payment and as I don't do Bacs I paid in cash

Very efficient a little costly though but glad I had them done
