We hired Chris and Rahat for a major home renovation including a new verandah/pergola, bifold doors to backyard, etc costing us ~£14K.
What started off as a decent experience turned to an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
It was supposed to be a 3 week job. it lasted for 5 MONTHS. Unnecessary delays and months of them not coming back to finish the work! The house was in a nightmare for this entire period. Work half-done, roof leaking, construction material everywhere.
Throughout, their attitude has been as if they are doing us a favour even though we paid so much. Now, they are not even picking up our calls.

"Thank you for your feedback. We must clarify the details of this project. We completed full painting, tiling, flooring, and wardrobe removal on time and to high standards. Our team also provided hours of complimentary help with material runs and unloading goods.
While we acknowledge the pergola leak, we have attended each time to resolve it and remain committed to a solution. We regret that our working environment involved late-night demands and harassment. Note that the final balance remains unpaid. We hope to resolve the remaining issue once professional dialogue is possible."
