    Good communication and a job well done

    Excellent work - reliable, trustworthy and great craftsmanship

    Paul replaced an old fire door in our house with a new oak door. Paul had fantastic communication throughout - work was carried out quickly, neatly and professionally. Paul is also super kind and considerate, he cut up all the scrap wood for us to burn in our log burner which was really thoughtful! I would definitely use Big Red again as I have every faith Paul would continue to do an excellent job and would highly recommend to anyone needing work done.

    Brand new kitchen installation

    Cannot say enough good things about this company, Paul was excellent from start to finish he does exactly as he says he’ll do and goes above and beyond to complete the job to a high standard. Our job had a number of set backs due to issues outside of Paul’s control and he just got on and sorted them. Joinery work is excellent and tiler did a fantastic job. Paul is a really lovely guy who will go out of his way to help you and he always turns up exactly when he says, we will use again and recommend to our family & friends

    Worktops in kitchen

    The team were all lovely lads done an amazing job would recommend them they cleaned up to not a lot of people do that but they did amazing

    Hinge adjustment on French doors.

    Communication was very good and he was punctual. So no waiting around looking at the clock every 5 minutes. Afterwards, he explained what he had done and gave me some pointers on how to proceed if I wanted to do it myself in the future. Finally, he said to call him if the problem (door sticking and great difficulty locking it) recurred.
