We have just bought an older house built in the 60s which needed loft insulation and extractor fans in the kitchen and bathroom. We had faultless service from everyone at BidConnector at every stage, and were kept well informed throughout. Everyone who came to my house was professional, friendly and left no mess at all behind. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The men who came were hardworking ,polite and very kind . They found leaks and potential problems in our loft which they repaired free of charge after the new insulation .I felt they were reliable and trustworthy. I was very grateful to them.

I’m unsure whether I’m reviewing Bid Connector or Peter the boss, and his team, Morgan and Dillon. If Bid Connector then my I am totally surprised at how effective and helpful they were,( except once, when trying to get a start date), bearing in mind Shropshire Council has such a very poor reputation for their inefficiently, customer service, it amazes me they were able to find Bid Connector! If Peter, then I can’t speak highly enough of him and his team’s work, their demeanour and workmanship AND speed!

After the initial not knowing where we were in the queue, the actual trades guys were excellent, polite helpfull, including moving some furniture. They focused and advised what rooms and which tasks they were doing a couple of times or more a week. Cleaned and tied best they could, considering how much they did have to disturb each room, Were cheery enough talked to the dogs. Made a couple of usefull suggestions that further improved the works,,, Would recomend them

All the gentlemen that worked on the house were very polite and very thorough. Very pleased with their work.

The company get us informed at all times, clear communication throughout. and all the workforce selected to do the jobs were both skilful and nice people to have in your house during the work process.
