I recently used this firm to replace a cast iron gutter on my terraced house. BHUK replaced the gutter with one of UPVC. They provided their own guarantee for the work and the materials, as well as a guarantee from the manufacturer of the replacement gutter. The team arrived punctually to start work, were polite but friendly, and cleared up properly afterwards. The replacement is in good order, several months now since the work was done. The price charged seemed reasonable to me. I would have no hesitation in using this company again

It is rare to find a company where their guarantees are what they state; we had work done four years ago and asked for an inspection today over concerns (unfounded as it turned out) of bird fouling. John returned, carried a thorough inspection and put our fears to rest as well as offering remedial alternatives should the pigeons make a habit of using the gutter as a perch. We are really very impressed that we had such a quick response but also, the fact that John's company does exactly as advertised on works carried out and honours their guarantees several years after the works were completed

Was excellent and pleased with the service

Top bedroom roof was leaking after heavy rain. BHUK were very quick to investigate, recommend a roof replacement due to the damage (long term water damage with rotted wood) and started work 2 days later. The workmen were hardworking and professional and able to complete the work in 3 days with all works waste removed. Luckily the weather held off while the repair was happening but we were grateful it was done so quickly. The price was fair and comparable with other options. I'd recommend BHUK as a fast and reliable roofing company.

They turned up and gave a good honest quote as this was the second company I had round. They started and completed the work in the time said and was expertly carried out. Had the front of my flat repointed and the window resealed with new trims. Very happy with the quality of the work. I would recommend bhuk to anyone. It was a lovely experience how it should be.
