We are so pleased we decided to work with BH Norton and Son to carry out a full renovation of our house. We highly recommend them and they will be our first choice if we ever need building work in the future. The 4 month project was completed on time. Their quote was comparable to others we received. There were no hidden extras. Steve and all the tradespeople he brought on site were thoroughly nice people, honourable, very helpful and generous with their time. They all worked to a very high standard. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

We have been using BH Norton for some time. A recent project was to refurb a detached property in our rental portfolio. Entire property pretty much gutted and refurbed, including plumbing, white goods, ceilings, flooring etc. Steve coordinated all the trades, sticking to a relatively tight turn around and budget. Very happy with the work completed.

Norton & Son Ltd has done a lot of work at our home this year including new kitchen & bathrooms; new boiler, plumbing, electrics & re-plastering;  re-purposing outbuildings; new base with services for a cabin; new patio, pathways & garden drainage. Steve & his team were fantastic to work with.  Professional, courteous & kept the site clean. The standard of the work on site was excellent for all trades. Steve's honesty, advice, knowledge, communication & thoughtfulness is outstanding. Steve planned the works so we could remain at home throughout. Under budget too. I highly recommend them.

Used Steve for the first time on a small building repair job. Really grateful for the time taken to find matching bricks and mortar - not an easy task given the age of the existing brickwork. Punctual, polite, responsive and bang on budget. Highly recommended.

Steve and his team of skilled tradespeople recently completed a large extension for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Steve went to great lengths to explain every stage, and was extremely friendly and organised. Each trade kept to days/times agreed and were always polite and helpful and did a really good job.
