Response from BGS
The potential client was immediately apologised to once the matter arose. There was a genuine mistake made to which BGS apologised for. We communicated and I explained. I find this very harsh not to retract the review. BGS prides itself on respect for clients and works very hard to make them happy. Please remember reviews can make you, but also can damage you and as a genuine company you always are mindful of this. Would I blatantly damage my own company. I think not. Please read the other reviews.
