I highly rate this Company which have provided an excellent service. Extremely professional with attention detail and clearly taking pride in their workmanship. Additional minor work completed at no extra charge. This is the second time, I have used BG Painting Services and the standard of craftsmanship is high. Nothing was too much trouble, provided a quotation and the following day the work required was started. Communication was excellent lots of videos explaining the work required and on completion. This was important because I don't live locally. Trustworthy and extremely polite throughout the job. Bela and his team were excellent, I would recommend highly for any decorating work. He visited to quote, made great recommendations about how to do the work. He and his colleague did a great quality job at a good price and completed the job quickly and in the time they said it would take. My experience was really good from open communication to honesty of the work required. Met Bela owner at the property who was polite and helpful to assess the work required and provided a quote. The works was started immediately on the date agreed. The standard and the finished of the redecoration work was of a high professional standard, with many extras including in the bathroom and kitchen. I would recommend BG Painting Services at a heart beat. In fact they will complete work on my second property in the future. The property was left clean and tidy. Terms & Conditions
- Utilities: The customer must provide electricity and heating for the duration of the work.
- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the work area. Please ensure valuables are removed or protected before work begins.
- Snagging & Completion:
- Once the job is completed, the customer has 3 days to report any snagging issues.
- We will return only once to address these. After this visit, the job is considered fully completed and no further complaints will be accepted.
- Quality Check: All work should be assessed from a distance of 2 meters in natural light, in line with industry standards.
- Documentation: We take before and after videos of all jobs to prevent misunderstandings.
- Material Responsibility: If the customer asks us to buy materials, we are not responsible for any color mixing mistakes from the supplier.
- Payment: Full payment is due within 7 days of completion, either by bank transfer or cash, based on our invoice.
