My description of the job to be done was, in retrospect, not attractive. The oven had stopped working, I had already opened up” the can of worms “ and discovered (or caused) more problems. Ben took the problem on and completed it over the weekend (He works 1 weekend per month as a service to customers.) He quickly identified the problem(s) and returned the oven to working condition. However he gave us valuable advice on the state of the oven which whilst working was in fact dangerous. We carried out his advice and bought a new cooker the same day. Great service and advice!
