Very disappointed in the service I received. Bobby said he would look at the job Saturday morning and send me a quote on Sunday.Never heard from him.Sent WhatsApp no reply.Called him On the Tuesday.Goes on to the answer machine.Left a message still nothing.I called him again later.He said sorry my estimate book is in the house I'll send it over tonight(Tuesday)Never received. We would highly recommend BF Joinery to friends and family. Competitive and local. Bobby came round to survey for the job same day as we requested a quote and quickly followed up with a very reasonable price for installing solid wood oak flooring in our living room and dining room. We agreed an early start date and Bobby completed the work in the agreed timeframe. He is personable and enthusiastic and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.
