Very prompt, polite and professional service from Paul who quickly identified the issue with our front door lock and was able to replace the faulty part without any fuss. Would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who has a failed or problematic lock.

The tradesman that carried out the repairs on my bathroom and bedroom window handles and locks was named Paul. I found Paul to be polite and very experienced in his work. The job was done quickly and professionally and cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and definitely use him again.

Paul was a delightful tyradeperson. His comunication was clear and exhaustive. He advised me on the best thing to do when I raised a concern about security. He carried the job in a very clean and precise way, quickly and avoiding any unnecessary noises. He left everything clean and tidy and was extremely professional and polite. I would recommend him to anyone who would ask.
