  Excellent service from Bevan Maintenace. The communication from Andrew at the start of the job, all the way through to the work itself, was absolutely excellent and completed to a really high standard. All the guys were very friendly and explained the work clearly. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for building services.

  Bevan Maintenance Services recently carried out work at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial contact with Andrew to the completion of the job, the service was excellent throughout. They installed a Velux roof window the quality of workmanship was top-notch. The team were professional, punctual, and clearly experienced — everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. The pricing was very reasonable, and there were no hidden surprises. Communication was clear and friendly, and I felt confident in their expertise from start to finish

  Andrew was very helpful throughout. Quoting for and completing the work required but also offering support and advice on work required elsewhere in the property. Work was completed on time and carried out neatly. Andrew was on hand throughout to check all work and respond to any queries if necessary.

  Solid team, would hire again

  I initially hired BMS to install a DPC in the ground floor, and later added squaring an archway, laying new flooring, plastering downstairs and up, installing new radiators and some work on the render. I have been so impressed by BMS. All jobs have been completed efficiently to a good standard, and I've appreciated their work ethic and advice. Any issues spotted were resolved and no job was too big. The team were always polite, considerate, kept me updated and somehow managed to keep a building site relatively tidy. I'd trust them with any future projects and would definitely hire them again.
