  Damp proof course and general building work

  Andrew & his team were genuinely incredible. They created a detailed report of the damp issues and I used this to renegotiate purchase on the property. The best thing about Andrew & his team was the communication and support they gave throughout the whole process, answering questions honestly and helpfully. They did the work efficiently, it was really high quality and they did a huge clean up after. I’ve had no issues with their work and they’ve even come back and done odd jobs around the house after the work was done. Absolutely recommend. Thank you so much!

  Had rising damp done plastering through out house also all out side hose done

  Turned up all well prepared andrew walked me around house to make sure i knew what everything that needs doing explaining what they are doing and to make sure i havent missed anything out from start to finish cant fault the work the builders very polite andrew kept me updated pretty much every other day cant fault the work at all would definitely recommend bevan construction to anyone and will be using their service again as i need ouside work done look forward to seeing the guys agin
