  Pest problem

  Mark was recommended to me after I heard scrabbling noises in our ceiling. I contacted him and he came round the following day, had a thorough look around the outside of the house and laid traps and bait in the loft. He explained the procedure thoroughly, and what I could expect to happen. He arrived two weeks later for the follow up, remove traps etc and made a repair to the outside wall where there was a gap around a pipe big enough for a rodent to get in. He knows his stuff, was on time is a very likeable chap.

  Investigation of pest problem

  Mark came round promptly to investigate the rodent noises we could hear in our loft conversion. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave lots of excellent advice. He suggested solutions but didn't put us under any pressure. We would absolutely recommend him.

  Mouse problem

  Friendly and knows his stuff! Had problem with mice in ceilings and behind kick boards, he blocked up possible entry holes outside and inside, returned after 2 weeks to check traps, have had no more sightings for months now

  Getting rid of a tricky wasp nest

  Mark was keen, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and friendly He sprayed the wasp nest and made sure he'd done all he could to get the poison into the nest

  Eradicate Wasp Nest

  I called Better Pest Control as there were many wasps hovering around outside our bedroom window forcing us to keep the windows closed at all times. Not good during these hot and humid days! Mark was very thorough and professional. He determined the location of the wasp nest and ensured there were no others in the vicinity. After treating it with a blast of the old 'vamoose juice', it was sorted and there was zero activity the following day. Top job by a top bloke. Highly recommended
