Curtis was exceptional from start to finish. I'd had a major leak in my bathroom and after more than two years of contacting plumbers who constantly let me down, Curtis was understanding and sympathetic. He made time to visit me and check out the job, acknowledged the difficulty of it but assured me he would help me out. Things were urgent as my daughter & family of 8 were moving in with me following their return from living in Mexico.
