Best Rate are fine when all goes to plan. But they are a nightmare if anything goes wrong. Our movers broke our washer dryer, and when I got in touch (with photos of all the damage), it quickly went off the rails. Rather than taking any responsibility, they wanted to send the lead mover over to "take a look", they were difficult and aggressive, and then they tried to get me to agree that an insurance claim would take too long so I should just let it go. Not even an offer for a partial refund! I've been left with no choice but to seek legal advice and explore action through small claims c
