Adrian Paul manage the entire project very well and Alex is an excellent builder. We have found them polite, friendly, reliable in all our encounters. Alex is methodical, meticulous, takes pride in his work and is incredibly diligent. Alex and Adrian Paul are the best builders we have ever worked with. We ask the team to carry out a loft conversion with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. From start to finish they went above and beyond for us. They have been the best team we have worked with. It’s rare to say they were a pleasure to have in our home. They finished on time and to budget.

Perfect service! Adrian and his teams built our rear extension from start to finish on a high standard. Then our kitchen was fitted to a really really high standard and reasonably priced. We have other work to be done in our house and we won't hesitate to use Adrian and his teams in the future. Pleasure to use, competitive prices and high quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

Shocking, terrible, unacceptable. Some words that describe Adrian Paul's (owner of Best Ldn Loft) project management skills. At the time of of writing (29.11.2023) despite evidence shown I have a bathroom window the has a sizeable gap at the top letting in draft and a loft radiator supplied and fitted by Best that only emits lukewarm heat at best. Unsafe removal of roof tiles, leaks during construction, defective French Juliet doors having to be refitted have been a few other issues. He is rude and argumentative almost always pushing the blame on everyone else. Disgusting behaviour.
