10 Wasn't what I expected (In a good way)

Absolutely first class , right from the start to finish. No 'Upsell' , no 'special discount if you agree to the work now'. Tom explained clearly the options , and the cost , and how long it would take. No payment upfront , Tom was most insistent on that. (Made a nice change). The work started bang on time , and was carried out to the highest standard , and consideration. All mess was tidied up , and cleared away before they left. Price wise , very competitive compared to other quotes I had for the work. Even had follow up call to confirm I was happy with the work. My husband contacted Tom for the removal of a loose roof tile, that was noticed between our roof and that of our neighbour's. Tom came as promised on the same day, with his colleague Cameron. They assessed and provided a professional summary of the work that was needed to put it right. Tom and Cameron were professional, transparent with good work ethic. They approached the with a personal touch. They understood what quality means. They understood that good quality adds to customer satisfaction. They took the time to listen and kept us updated.
