  Tom came out, identified the issue, and then didn't apply any pressure. Instead, he waited for me to get a few more quotes, then was ready to go when I was. He was fairly priced, and more specific about what was wrong. Him and his team fixed it quickly, and were a great group of guys. Highly recommend.
