This ranges from my initial enquiry, to the quote, to the clear communications prior to fitting the windows and the efficient installation. The quality of the product is great and the Bespoke Windows team are very knowledgable and customer considerate. Great service!

I was reassured by Murray’s knowledge and experience. He listened, was helpful and patient when I was working out what I wanted, and there was no “hard sell”. Nick and Dan did the installation. They were punctual, courteous, hard working and quick, took care with my property and tidied up after themselves. The aftersales care provided by Murray was excellent. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I immediately started to feel the benefits of having double glazing. The windows and doors look great and are aesthetically sympathetic to the period of my property. I am very happy with the results.

We had Nick and Dan installing 7 windows over 3 days at our house. They were very professional, polite and hard working. They did a great job with the windows cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the work they did.

Wow - I am beyoind pleased with my new windows from Bespoke. I originally only wanted new windows in the bathroom and bedroom but I was so impressed with the quality after they had been fitted, that I ordered a new set for my lounge bay window. The whole process is so smooth with Darren popping round to explain all the different options available and price the job up, with Callum doing the formal site survey and the installers fitting the beautiful windows at the end of the process. All done very professionally - I would highly recommend this company.
