I am submitting this review regarding serious faults and unacceptable conduct following work completed at my elderly mum’s home. The job finished at 8pm on 17th December. The front door cannot unlock properly posing a safety risk and the back door allows cold air through due to poor sealing. Despite this my mum received three messages after completion. When I raised the faults on 22nd December I received an aggressive phone call threatening that the final instalment would increase unless payment was made immediately despite the defects. This behaviour was intimidating and unacceptable

We take feedback seriously, particularly in relation to safety or conduct. However, we firmly and respectfully dispute the claims made. The installation was completed on 17 December and no safety or remedial issues were raised until 5 days post installation. We deny any threatening or abusive behaviour, our communication was and remains factual and limited to advising that the final balance was overdue and payable in line with the agreed contract and terms. We remain open to resolving your concerns but cannot accept statements that are inaccurate, damaging or defamatory to our reputation.
