  Chimney removal.

  Had a damp patch in hall and wondered if it was from chimney. Makes sense they use drone to check outside and customers can see the problem. I’d had similar priced quotes for a repair. But decided to end future concerns (especially as winters seem wetter) So useful they have own scaffolders. Surprisingly quick job and used very good tile colour match. The scaffolders were efficient and it was taken down same day as removal - very pleasing. A great group of guys. I’d recommend Bespoke for this job.

  Cameron and team were professional, considerate, knowledgeable and efficient from initial quote/drone inspection to removal of scaffolding. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Excellent Customer Service and Support throughout your project.

  Friendly staff, comprehensive quotation and survey with drone carried out. Great communication with consistent updates with work scheduled and carried out in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and support. Everything arranged by there own team, including scaffolding. Site left clean and tidy every day work was carried out. Would highly recommend Cameron and his team. Thank you.

  Polite helpful and efficient

  After making contact I was impressed that Cameron responded quickly and came to examine our problem the same day. He sent a drone up and could see that badly damaged chimney coping was allowing the considerable water ingress we’d been experiencing. Once having accepted his reasonable quotation work progressed well. Scaffolding was erected and repairs done in a couple of weeks. We’ve been pleased to receive before and after photographic evidence of their excellent work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as being polite helpful and efficient.

  An ongoing issue resolved

  We has a leak that no one seemed to be able to fix. It is now fixed. It took a few extra visits to get to the source, but I was impressed with how they were willing to keep co.ing back until we got to the issue. I would definitely use them again.

  Very professional, quick and clean

  Bespoke roofing and renovation was very professional. I requested a chimney removal and came through gave a reasonable quote. When it was time to start the removal they were very quick and considerate. After the job was complete they clean up very well as if they were not there. I highly recommend them.!!!
