  £100 job turned into 10x the amount but the works carried out seems to be good. Johnny was great letting me know what had happened to my roof and how to repair it. They completed the works in good time and was respectful to me and my premises.

  Flat roof replacement

  I contacted bespoke roofing company to arrange a quote for my leaky flat roof Johnny responded really quick and spoke very prompt we arranged for the work to be carried out the guys turned up and done an excellent job really happy with the end result

  1. Bespoke of Maidstone, not to be confused with other traders in other areas with the same name. 1.Adv, Quick to phone , offered fair price. Came next morning being Friday, to fix one tile on roof, Oh he said, not the tile i thought. I'LL be back Monday Dec,16th with a Cat ladder. So after 4 days before Christmas with a hole in my roof , NO show ! , Phoned 3 mobiles and a landline, left messages, Nothing. If you did not want the job then say so. But do not leave people with a hole in the roof before Christmas waiting for four days knowing your not interested .

  To repair a leaking porch roof

  They were very quick to contact me after I posted the job being required to carry out flat roof repairs due to it leaking. We had good conversations and even agreed to do extra work for extra money. All set and agreed a a date for the work to commence a week later. As soon as I tried to contact the day before to confirm they were coming and discuss access and work arrangements, there was no communication, contact and calls cancelled and ignored, as well as my number blocked. I don't know what happened but I guess they got a bigger and better job.

  General overhaul of my roof including renewal of battens and felt on my roof

  We needed and urgent roof repair for a cracked roof tile causing a leak. On inspection the roof was in a terrible state and needed a complete overhaul. This was completed efficiently and carefully by the team who were in constant communication. I would use them again
