  Block drive clean and seal

  Poor. They subcontracted but poor job - not well cleaned, sand not tamped down between blocks, sand sealed onto top of blocks, not evenly sealed. When wanted payment I asked for then to check work. Man who came out said he did not know if it was good job (what??), sent subcontractor back who did some patching up and resealing again, so paid. Now about 8 weeks on and can see sand collapsing down between bricks again, sealant clearly unevenly applied (darker and lighter patches). Sales lot phoned last week; told them not happy - they said sorry i was unhappy but no offer to fix it.

  We were well informed at all times on work carried out. Workmen left everywhere clean and tidy and very courteous. We highly recommend Bespoke.

  New Drive

  Because the weather was uncertain, they kept me in the picture about when workmen would arrive. When they were here, they told me what they were doing. I am very pleased because I have a nice smooth drive and do not fear falling on paving stones or pebbles and it looks a lot wider. It's been admired by passers-by.

  The workforce arrived when booked for and worked continually through out and made a first class job I was very pleased with completed work and the appearance has enhanced the outlook of the property

  Workmanship was very good, polite, hard working, tidy and very good finish to our drive. My complaint is with the office staff at bespoke. Poor communication, not ringing when they said they would, cancelling at last minute(on a fine day), not aware of emails sent by them, saying work had been done when it had not, someone ringing to ask if I wanted a quote when the job had been started, and the final insult, trying to charge £200 more than the price agreed. Totally inefficient. I would not recommend this firm due to the admin staff.
