    Exceptional work and experience from start to finish. Dean is punctual, reliable, attentive and you can trust him 100%. From the initial contact, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Dean listened to our wishes, answered all of our questions, and provided a transparent, itemised quote with no hidden costs - in fact, it was the most thorough and detailed quote we’ve ever received. Dean has gone above and beyond for us repeatedly & we couldn’t be more thankful for his hard work and continued support - nor recommend him enough!! We only wish we could clone him for other trades!

    Reliable, Excellent prices/Items and quality of work.

    I contacted Bespoke plumbing due to the excellent reviews on Which Trader, I asked them to renew my mum’s bathroom sanitary ware and floor. The whole process was seamless from getting a quote to completion of the work. All appointments made were kept and the work has been completed to a high standard. Going forward any Bathroom work I need done I shall be using this company. Thanks, a satisfied customer.

    Really pleased with the final result

    We booked Bespoke Plumbing Services (Dean) to undertake a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and separate cloakroom. We are really pleased with the final result. Throughout the project Dean was super supportive, offering advice from his many years experience, enabling us to make informed decisions. The project was completed on time and budget. Overall, we are really chuffed with the final result and quality of Deans workmanship. We would highly recommend his services.

    Full bathroom renovation

    Dean was helpful and informative from start to finish. He clearly wanted us to be happy with the finished product and nothing was too much trouble. Dean ripped out the old bathroom, re-tiled, completed pipework and fitted a new suit including a large shower. Although it was a disruptive job, Dean kept everything neat and tidy. We're very happy with the overall finish of the bathroom and wouldn't hesitate in using Dean again.

    Efficient and Timely

    Dean fitted a new shower room for us. The process was very smooth. He kept us updated on a start date and was very organised about sending through information about what we needed to source. We had an expected problem and Dean sorted that out for us quickly. Dean was helpful and efficient and we are very pleased with the new shower room.
