  So glad we found BESPOKE INTERIOR REFITTING, needed an honest & reliable decorator and that’s exactly what we got. Mark & Dave were very polite and courteous and on time every morning. They completed all work in the time scale they gave me, downstairs toilet, hall stairs and landing and my master bedroom and the work was done to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with their work and I would have no problems at all recommending them to anybody, very professional team and worth every penny, Thank you so much BESPOKE INTERIOR REFFITING I’m sure I will be seeing you both again soon x

  Interior one bed flat paint and prep work

  Mixed experience, living room and bedroom done to a high standard with a second decorator present. Booked Mark again on his own for the hall, bathroom and kitchen and the work fell short. Quoted 4 days for prep and painting, as far as I can see the small hall was painted white and no woodwork was prepped before being painted by day 4, and then was told the bathroom needed plastering, which I’d of expected to be identified when quoting. Given the kitchen also wasn’t visually any different I decided to not continue with this decorator and book someone else delaying my move in by several weeks.

  Im sorry your move in has been further delayed and rather upset by the 3.3 graded review; given that I boxed in your pipework, added new skirting and skimmed 2 large rooms to conceal the plasterers mess at no extra charge above my decorators day rate. Further to that you speak of a 4 day timeframe that was news to me given the work in the hallway alone, including the replastered ceiling to conceal the 3inch gap and plastering the walls. The plastering in the bathroom wasnt seen till the last minuit because it wasnt visible so nobody is to blame for that. The job wasnt finished.

  Professional paint job

  I highly recommend Mark for prepping and painting. From the start he was prompt, communicative and knowledgable. He went above and beyond to make sure the rooms were perfect and also gave great advice about hanging art. If you are looking for a professional paint job and attention to detail you won’t be disappointed. Would definitely use again. Thanks so much for all your hard work.

  Wallpapering hallway stairs and landing.

  Mark and Dave were very reliable and friendly. They completed jobs over and above decorating work. For instance filling gaps around a porch window and re-securing a banister to the staircase. The job was competitively priced and completed on time and was very well done. We are very happy with the results.
