Came on time. Very experienced, from the pictures I sent him, he identified a fault in the hinge size that was used. He suggested the use of larger hinges. All installed in one hour. Highly recommend.

I phoned Bespoke Glass and Repairs Limited Friday morning as my neighbour was strimming his grass and unfortunately a stone shattered our living room window so I spoke to Nick and he then came around and took some measurements and then returned with a new panel of glass which he replaced. I then mentioned to him that a couple of windows in the bedrooms were a bit stiff to open so he then went up stairs and they now open perfectly fine. I couldn’t be more happy with the work which was carried out and if needed I would definitely use him again. Thanks again for the great work 🙂

Communication was good and efficient. The job was properly measured up and the time frame provided, subject of course to the manufacturer's efficiency. Fitting was quick and efficient and the windows are working properly.
