Nick was hired to install a boiler, flush radiators, remove the old boiler and basin, reroute and remove loft pipes, and cap off others. He lied about flushing radiators, damaged the ceiling, left a mess, didn’t replace floorboards, used plastic pipes instead of agreed copper, and left holes and insulation everywhere. Worst of all, he stole old copper piping to sell without permission. Dishonest, careless, and unprofessional - he and his colleague are total cowboys. Absolutely disgraceful service.

From first contact to the end the process has been a dream! Nick replace an extremely old boiler for a combi boiler, the quote was competitive and he fitted me in quickly. Both him and his assistant were very efficient on the day. Communication throughout has been great. Would 100% recommend.

Nick was helpful from the very start. From my initial telephone enquiry, to viewing the job and then quoting a price and date for installation. He kept the process simple yet efficient. On the installation day, Nick arrived on time and proceeded to fit the new boiler, as promised. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced, Master Tec tradesman, with many years of experience. He fitted the boiler in the time allocated and was also very happy to answer my questions. His prices were very reasonable and I would happily recommend him without hesitation.
