Excellent service and communication from first approach to the finished work. Top quality work and attention to detail was perfect.

Berkshire Upholstery responded quickly to my emails, with all of my questions answered. I needed my job completed in a short time frame and they sent the links for the fabric choices straight away and booked in a furniture collection so that my deadline could be met. The job was completed in a few days and delivery was booked. All communications were replied to promptly and I was kept informed throughout the process. My furniture looks like new! A really processional job. If I ever need some furniture repaired again, I know I will be contacting Berkshire Upholstery.

Needed a lazy boy reclining sofa reupholstering with firmer foam as ours has seen better days. Quote came quickly and was reasonably priced. Soft collected on time. There was a small delay while I decided which foam to use from the samples they let me borrow -- but no pressure was applied. Sofa was returned today, and I'm delighted with the result. Much firmer, and comfortable to sit on again. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Would recommend to a friend.

The service was fast, efficient and friendly. They have restored our twenty-year-old sofa and chair back to brand new. I was worried how the delivery team was going to get the sofa out of the door. He dismantled it with in ten minutes and loaded on the van, and then the reverse process on return. The whole process took three working days, hard to see how you can beat that.

Needed a new cover for one of my dining chairs, dealt with Helen who was very courteous and helped choose the right cover, the workmanship was top notch and will be using the company again
