Henry was excellent throughout the entire process—his communication was fantastic and he responded to every message quickly and helpfully. On the day, the team were punctual and worked efficiently.   Henry and his team carried out the work as described and to a high standard. They also accommodated working around our napping baby to minimise noise where possible which was appreciated. They identified and repaired minor issues with tiles/mortar that had been heavily affected by significant moss growth, and didn't push any unnecessary work.
