Our boiler stopped working and we phoned Berkshire Heat this morning. We had Zaheer out at our house within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was very friendly and a pleasure to chat to, he’s extremely knowledgable and gave us lots of tips. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.

The work was carried out to a high standard, and both engineers (one for boiler service, one for the radiators) were helpful and professional. I would use this company again, as I felt I could trust both the company and the engineers. The work wasn't carried out on the original day due to engineer sickness, so I wasn't able to give 10 out 10. The company were very apologetic and dealt with the delay professionally, so that does get 10 out 10, along with the actual work carried out, 10 out of 10 also.

They responded very fast and very professional service.

Great communication, easy booking and work was carried out well. Everything was explained as it was carried out and most importantly all issues were resolved from the visit. I highly recommend Berkshire Heat.
