A very polite and respectful engineer from Berkshire Heating resolved a four-month-long heating issue within a few hours and at a very reasonable price. After replacing our boiler, the upstairs heating stopped working. The original plumber failed to fix it, and British Gas quoted over £700. This engineer did a neater, high-quality job for £500 less, replacing not just a balancing valve but other necessary parts too. Highly recommended for professionalism, efficiency, and fair pricing.

I called Berkshire Heat as my boiler was dripping. The lovely Leon was out the same day. He was so helpful, explained the problem and how he can repair this. In addition to the great workmanship, Leon is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Personable, funny, respectful & thorough. Leon cleaned up after himself & took his shoes off before coming in (although he didn't need to). Thank you to Leon. It's a massive 5***** from me 😊

Booked twice, failed to show up twice... No communication... Useless! Can't validate or approve work as never seen it!

Had a leak in my bathroom that was not containable, spoke with Berkshire heat, they were out within an hour, Leon was really great and remained a lot calmer than me in the situation! He figured out my cistern needs repairing too and did it on the same day! Will defiantly be using them for my upcoming boiler service, great team

The boiler which is a slightly unusual make, needed new parts, which are not always easy to obtain. Also, I had only a short amount of time as a new tenant was moving into the property. Berkshire heat were brilliant! Because I don't live in the property that they were working in, they picked up the keys from my house and brought them back when the job was completed. Excellent customer service, excellent job done in the limited time available. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will certainly be using them again.

Leon from Berkshire Heat arrived on time, was polite and gave clear information about the work he did. He was tidy and respectful of the property as well as the fact that I was working from home. Very satisfied with the work done.
