Finally got round to replacing my sagging french doors and blown back windows. Used Berkshire Glazing who did a great job. Mike, my fitter, knew his stuff and finished off everything to a very high standard. The build quality is excellent and it suddenly sounds so much quieter in the house. I’d recommend Berkshire Glazing to anyone looking for affordable, well made and well installed doors and windows. Job well done!

Having used Berkshire Glazing previously and been really happy, Dean visited to give a quotation for the installation of 2 bedroom windows. He made sure all my wishes were taken into account and answered any questions without any pressure. His experience is obvious and once the quotation had been worked out and I had agreed then the go-ahead was given. Dean kindly arranged the timeframe for survey and installation to suit me perfectly; can highly recommend his services.

Daniel did a brilliant job on my front windows and porch. He was punctual, very professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. We have already had compliments on how it has enhanced the front of the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or have him back for any further work.

We were disappointed with Berkshire Glazing. We had slightly unusual windows with a half Georgian cross. On the 1st fitting it was found the crosses were very noticeably not aligned across the 2 sections on over half the windows. New ones were made and fitted again, they were still not aligned. Fitter came back and was able to make adjustments without needing to remake the glass. Every fitting meant having to move furniture and fittings and reschedule work. We expected better service to acknowledge the mistakes and inconvenience and for final bill to reflect this but it we had to argue for it.
