Provided clear quotes for repairs to a flat and pitched roof, parapet wall and lead work that was leaking. Some additional work beyond the original quote was needed and clearly explained and quoted for. Quality of work was good and communication throughout excellent. Site was always left tidy and respected. There were delays in completing as there were other projects taking priority, but the roof was always left in a secure and tidy state and no demand for payment made until work was completed to my satisfaction. Problem seems to be fixed.

Berkshire Building Solutions managed our single story extension in 2024 and did a great job. We found John and the team reliable, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. They did a quality job across all trades and John has a great eye for detail, holding his team accountable throughout the process. We would recommend and will have no hesitation using them again for future projects.

I was extremely worried about the recurrence of what I thought was rising damp in a rental property I own. I had real trouble finding any company who would come to the house and attempt to diagnose the problem. A lot of companies wanted to charge me just for visiting. That was until somebody recommended their friend John from Berkshire Solutions Ltd. I cannot recommend this guy enough, he was punctual and thoroughly professional. His precise diagnosis saved me approx £3K due to a previous companies’ mis-diagnosis. Recommended

The work was done to a high standard within the agreed time frame for the value on the quote. It was easy to stay in touch with the company, for updates and to discuss progress/questions about the work. The men on site were pleasant, polite and tidy.

John initially responded almost immediately to our predicament of broken pipework from 2 of the 3 flats at the property. This was causing waste water from dishwashers, sinks and the like to soak the brickwork from the 4th floor. Due to the height a substantial scaffolding was required to carry out the work which was erected two days after BBS competitive quote was accepted. The pipe was installed, with all connections in a matter of hours with brickwork making good completed the following day and the scaffolding dismantled soon after. The residents can’t praise BBS for there prompt action.
