  full bathroom refurb

  Ben did a fantastic job refitting our bathroom. He really listened to what we wanted and provided insightful suggestions to help us achieve our vision. Ben, and all the guys he worked with, were very professional, polite, and respectful. Ben has a great eye for detail and all of the work was completed to a very high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben or to work with him again.

  Ben Todd plumbing and heating installed a combi boiler for me. From the time I contacted him to the time he finished the installation, both himself and his colleague were friendly and professional. They explained exactly what had to be done and what I needed to do as a customer. I would definitely recommend and use Ben again.

  Genuinely exceptional!

  Ben and Adam installed a new boiler and did some other smaller jobs for us over 4 full days. Ben put up with a lot from us changing and adding things and he guided us to make sure we got the best possible outcome. They were very clean, tidy, respectful and reliable. Our best experience of tradesmen in our home.

  Ben and Joe have completely ripped out , redesigned and fully fitted a brand new bathroom. We have been highly delighted with the standard of work that was carried out. Ben is very professional and passionate about what he does, he is very knowledgeable and understands the needs of his customers. Throughout the refit Ben and the team showed us nothing but respect they were very clean and tidy . Ben kept us informed what he would be doing from day to day making sure we were happy.

  Brilliant work as always from Ben! Carried out to an excellent standard and very promptly. I was particularly impressed with Ben’s knowledge, efficiency and overall professionalism. Not only was I happy with my new instalments but I thought I received excellent advice and Ben made sure I was involved in every step of the process. I also has Ben complete some works for me a few months installing a new shower, shower screen etc. again absolutely impeccable work, can’t recommend him enough. Thanks a lot Ben!
