Very helpful when I phoned. Called me back within minutes to say a man would be there when he’d finished his current job. He was indeed here within 2 hours and solved the problem in minutes, advised on future action should the problem recur and was pleasant, courteous, helpful and all at a reasonable price.

Called out to do a CCTV survey of a leaking waste pipe. The surveyor on site was very polite, however they were unable to get their camera more than 0.5m up the pipe due to a small bit of concrete that they couldn't get their camera past. They were on site for less than 5 minutes, but the full fee was still due. I do not believe this is fair, and was happy to pay a call out fee rather than the whole fee as the whole fee was supposed to include a full report and footage which could not be collected due to the bit of debris.

Fantastic service from the first phone call, kept me up to date with times. Cleared the blockage quickly and carried out a cctv survey. Carried out a repair in the pipe (think it’s called a patch) at a fair price and we haven’t had a problem since. 3 other companies had been before and not offered any suggestion to solve the problem.
