  Started well but major delays and unreliable

  I had a full renovation including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, decorating, and electrical work. It started well, but around 70% into the project all work stopped for over two months with no warning so other projects could be prioritised. During this period, there were repeated promises (often multiple times a week) that work would resume, but these were not kept. The final stage felt rushed and I have had to finish things myself. Within the first week of moving in, I had the electrician out twice and the plumber three times, both of whom raised concerns about the quality of the work.

  Re-Roof & Build Surrey did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation, completing it to a high standard and even finishing by Christmas Eve. The team were quick, efficient, polite, and left everything clean and tidy. We’re absolutely thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them for future projects.

  Heart of the home

  Can't recommend Matthew and his team enough. Had them come to complete a kitchen refurb for our family. Matthews communication throughout was excellent, they were quick to get the work done and nothing was too much trouble. We did run into an issue (not their fault) and Matthew was quick to find solutions without compromising on the final finish of our kitchen. Thank you Matthew we love our new kitchen and it's finally the heart of our home!
