Ben did a great job fixing some toilet and basin issues. He was reliable, punctual, trustworthy and most importantly knows his plumbing. We are new to the area and struck lucky finding Ben and hope he will be our plumber from now on. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Ben came to quote for a leaking thermostatic concealed shower which he said required the unit to be replaced and to mount a kitchen sink that had dropped. For which he said some clips are required. It's been 2 weeks now with no quote and he ignored my last message chasing up. Seemed like a nice guy but is unreliable.

We had a problem where our toilet was constantly releasing water into the pan. I contacted Ben and he replied promptly to book in a date. Ben has now efficiently and competently replaced both parts of our toilet cistern that had failed which now is operational. Ben is friendly and reasonably priced for his work. I would recommend.
