Ben the builder is absolutely superb. Nothing seems to phase him, and he is always calm and can find a solution. He is honest, reliable and punctual. He gives a quote and sticks to it, unless any extras added on. Explains how the quote is reached. Keeps me informed of progress, and also is will be late in getting to me. Am so pleased to have found him!
