Heating installation/Boiler Change, what to expect:

Once you have called to arrange an appointment, I will come to your premise to discuss your needs and requirements. Once I have assessed the job, I will then clearly and simply, offer you advice and options of which boiler I feel will be the best for you. I have a full range of boilers available varying in price and you can be sure my advice and recommendations are completely impartial.

I will then create and provide a free quotation for you to review (with no obligation).

DAY OF INSTALLTION

If you agree to go ahead, a date and time will be booked which is convenient for you. I am aware the disruption of an installation can be very inconvenient, so I strive to make the process as painless as possible! Rest assured my installations are carried out to the highest standard and we leave your property as we find it.

AFTER INSTALLATION

I advise the local authority of the boiler installation and advise the boiler manufacturer of your purchase in order for your warranty to be implemented. You will then receive a building regulation notice (certificate).

After installation it is important to keep up to date with servicing which should happen approximately every 12 months. I am offering the first 12 months service for FREE. Therefore, I will return to property approximately one year after installation to service the boiler I have installed.
