Took a substantial deposit from us but failed to carry out the agreed-upon work. We then spent weeks chasing him for our money back, during which he missed consecutive promised payment deadlines. His tools were held securely solely because he failed to return our deposit, and we immediately arranged a safe, contactless collection the moment our funds finally cleared. The deposit was only returned under the threat of a formal Letter Before Action. We wanted to share this experience to ensure future customers are fully informed.

Ben repaired a water damage ceiling for my blind elderly mother. Once he finished the job a week later we found out that the plumber didn't repair the leak properly and there was still a drip. After the plumber refused to return Ben cut the damage section of the ceiling out repaired the drip got his friend to check his work then repaired and plastered free of charge as me and mum are not in a position to pay for the second time. Ben was here from 8am till gone 9. I cannot thank Ben enough and so sorry I couldn't pay him again if you want someone reliable trustworthy and professional.

Ben did a great job coving our lounge. He kept in touch prior to starting the job with timescales and times of starting work, worked hard to get the job finished in a timely manner and was very pleasant, would recommend.

Ben is a gent I was able to leave him to do his thing and plaster my kitchen (walls and ceiling) moving the plug sockets and ceiling lights. He was professional even changing things mid job when we changed are minds on where we wanted things. Thank you Ben we love the new kitchen and would recommend you to anyone.

Fantastic job from start to finish. Couldnt fault the worksmanship or the price. Very tidy too, Ben insisted on making sure the house was spotless after he left. Would recommend him to anyone!
