  New Felt flat roof & Structure

  Bensons Roofing Ltd are lifesavers as we have needed this roof done for a while now & I appreciate their teams hard work in carrying out this job to a high standard. I know it will hold out its first major rains when it comes. They are friendly, easy to approach & accommodating. They even took step by step videos & pics as they worked which I was unaware of. These were forwarded after the work had been completed. The roof looked amazing. I hadn't imagine them doing a working video, it was a very nice touch to their work ethics. Great job guys.   Bensons were very quick in responding to my initial request via Checkatrade. Their quote was cost effective and the work was completed promptly (Monday of the following week) to fit in with my availability. All materials were removed from site.

  Bensons Roofing gave a competitive quote to completely replace a flat roof as well as coat and seal the surrounding gulleys to make it water tight. They also re-attached gutter pipes that had come loose from the walls of our apartment block due to the wind and wear and tear, and secured two hoppers that had become dislodged. They repairs gutters, where needed and cleaned out all the debris winter had left. They were extremely professional, very polite and accommodating, cleaned up after finishing the job. The 6-man team completed the job in two days. I highly recommend Bensons!

  Roof repair

  We contacted John through Check a trade,He responded quickly and came to inspect the issue. We had a flat roof on loft conversion and water was leaking inside. John suggested that it willow be a good to change the roof tiles, in case we want to do it as scaffolding was going up anyway for roof repairs. Work started on Monday and completed on Tuesday evening. Thursday, John came down to do some patch work in the ceiling which happened during roof repair. He also provided 15 year warranty certificate. I would definitely recommend John to anyone for roof repairs or changing roof tiles.

  Good value and efficient.

  We had a very good experience with Bensons: a fair good value quote for our flat roof renovation with all inclusive approach including some minor repairs of other minor defects within reach of the flat roof; the work was performed on time on the agreed day and the team on the day performed the work quickly and efficiently; the team provided photos after the job and the work appears neat, tidy and in accordance with the agreed scope. Generally happy.
