    Matthew was extremely helpful explained the process and what the cost included, booking in was an easy process, Rhys turned up on time, very polite repair done efficiently explained clearly what he had done. Cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

    Dishwasher repair

    Dishwasher was not filling at start of cycle. Company was quick to respond to call out request. All costs and work explained upfront. Shane arrived exactly at the time specified and quickly resolved the issue. He was kind, patient and explained the problem and how he'd fixed it, incase it happens again (hopefully not!) All round excellent service from start to finish.

    My washing machine wouldn’t empty

    They kept me fully informed. Arrived when they said they would. They were efficient and tidy. My washing machine was repaired and I am really pleased. Would recommend.

    Repair to tumble dryer

    I phoned for a repair and spoke to a lovely man called Matt , he booked me in for a repair quickly and a man called Rhys came the next day and was able to fix my dryer , he was polite , tidy and cleaned up after himself , great communication from everyone involved , have used this company a few times and will again in the future 😀
