    Dishwasher water intake problem

    Shane arrived on time after messaging eta He gave our dishwasher a complete and thorough check before repairing and advising on a couple of points. Would definitely recommend Ben Smith Appliances

    Tumble dryers water tank light was coming on when there wasn’t any water in the tank.

    Ben and Reece were really reliable and friendly! Got the job done quickly and I was informed of their ETA etc which was all very helpful. Put my repair query through on check a trade and they got back to me very quickly and was able to come out the same day. Thank you both!

    Efficient and courteous

    Dishwasher wasn't working and only bleeping. Shane was polite, thorough and courteous throughout . Thank you Shane for your kindness and expertise. Dishwasher working as normal.

    Appliance replacement - efficient and friendly with a personal touch

    I was contacted by telephone and was able to give a full description of the problem with my microwave. After a brief discussion I decided to opt for a full replacement. I received text to contact their shop to work out the best replacement for me. A quote for a similar appliance was emailed - purchased agreed and paid for and installed within 8 days. Sean, the installer, was very efficient and friendly. I will have no hesitation in using this company again. I valued the personal engagement that is sometimes lacking in customer service these days.

    Excellent service.

    Kept us well informed about when they would be attending to access the problem . Identified the issue and resolved it very quickly and efficiently. Very polite and tidied the area after the work was finished. Would highly recommend them to anybody experiencing problems electrically.
